At TechVoraPro, we build software for innovative startups and enterprise giants alike. We prioritize the protection of your proprietary ideas, codebases, algorithms, and business metrics. This document defines our standard Privacy Policy and outlines our baseline Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) commitments that apply to all interactions.
Part I: Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
To consult and build software effectively, we collect details including:
- Contact & Company Info: Name, business email, phone number, company name.
- Technical Specifications: Wireframes, design assets, database structures, business logic documentation.
- Operational Credentials: Git repository access tokens, cloud service API keys (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), or staging credentials provided for project deployment.
2. How We Use & Secure Information
Your technical specifications and assets are used strictly to develop, test, and host your software application. Access to client source code and keys is restricted strictly to assigned senior engineers.
Credentials and environment variables are encrypted and stored in secure, restricted vaults (such as Bitwarden or 1Password) with multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for access. We do not sell or lease any business or contact data to brokers.
Part II: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Standards
3. Mutual Non-Disclosure Baseline
From the moment you contact us for a proposal or technical evaluation, we treat all discussions, software concepts, UI wireframes, and business specifications as Confidential Information. We agree:
- To use the Confidential Information solely for evaluating, proposing, and executing software projects.
- To prevent the disclosure of any part of this information to third parties without prior explicit written authorization.
- To restrict access only to key technical architects and developers who have signed internal NDA agreements.
4. Ready to Sign Custom NDAs
We understand that many enterprises and startup founders require their own legal agreements. Our management and legal teams are ready to sign your custom NDA or Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before we schedule our initial deep-dive scoping call.
